Here’s how our process works:
Step 1: Start the Conversation
The first step is easy - just reach out! Whether you have a vision in mind or need some creative guidance, send us a message through our contact form or via Instagram. We’re here to bring your holiday dreams to life.
Step 2: Explore Your Style
We’ll schedule an initial phone call to discuss your ideas. This is where we get to know your space, preferences, and personal holiday style. We’ll talk themes, textures, and even our fave Christmas songs! Our goal is to craft a design that feels like you.
Step 3: Design Finalisation & Booking Confirmation
Once we refine the details of your custom tree design, we’ll provide a quote. A 50% deposit secures your booking, and we’ll confirm your installation and (optional) pack-down dates. From here, we begin sourcing and preparing your festive décor.
Step 4: Preparing for Installation
As the holiday season approaches, we ensure every detail is in place for your dream tree. At this stage, the final payment is due, and we’ll finalise your installation day to fit your schedule.
Step 5: The Magic Happens
On installation day, we arrive ready to transform your space. Every ornament, ribbon, and light is carefully placed for a picture-perfect, professionally styled tree. Our installation dates typically run from November to early December.
Step 6: Pack-Down & Storage (Optional)
Once the season comes to an end, we offer a pack-down service from late December to early January. We carefully remove and organise your decorations for easy use next year. Need storage? We can keep your décor safe until the next festive season, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
